Goddess Activation Dance Medicine Workshop

It's tantric. It's firey. It's wild. It's juicy. It's medicine, not a performance. The 75 minute dance journey will bring you inwards, allowing you to recognize your power & pleasure as well as inner triggers & shadows. The movements inspire exploration to your own body language and create a deeper connection to Mother Earth. Your system will also clean itself of energies that are blocking the flow of the sacred feminine. The activation movements range from exotic to sensual, sexy to soft, wild to tame, which encourages the totality of the Goddess to rise. We explore and unleash the different aspects of the feminine without shame nor judgment. No prior dance skills needed.

Consider Choosing Unlimited Access. Why?

Repeating these movements 1-3 times a week will keep the kundalini energy (sexual, life-force energy, also known as Goddess energy) active & strong. This energy is what we are activating so we can manifest our dream life, embody feminine power & wisdom, and to transform into a higher state of being. Think of this energy as a flame. It is important to continue to add wood to the fire so the energy can continue to alchemize, transform, and evolve overtime. It takes practice, discipline, and showing up for yourself to be empowered. If you want fast results, it is recommended to repeat the active meditations as well as the floor section (the first half off class) every morning for 7 days, 14 days, or 21 days, Then, add the section where we stand on our feet (second half of the class) every 3rd day. Document your progress overtime. Body awareness is KEY in this process.

To prevent redundancy, I provide a video with and without me talking (music only). I also provide a Spotify playlist for the music used in the class as well as additional music that you can opt for instead once you begin to memorize the structure of the class.

If you are unsure, you can opt for this 24 hour, that allows you to take the class once or twice. This option does not have the shamanic meditation, Spotify playlist, or music-only option.
